The website only collects personal data when you use the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message.

There are no user accounts, no newsletter and no hidden forms.

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a collaboration. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on the legitimate interest in answering messages received (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Only Marie Hugentobler has access to your messages. To deliver them, the website relies on two technical providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and message transmission) and Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland (email).

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most three years after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.

The website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no data is sent to an external font service.

Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to keep the website secure and running.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to hello@invalid.marie-posa.com; you will receive an answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr).
