About
From creation to transformation
For more than 25 years, I have worked across France, the UK, Switzerland and Spain within international organisations, from entrepreneurial family businesses to global corporations. A graduate of ISIPCA, I started my career as a perfumer, where I learned that every meaningful creation begins with understanding its identity.
As my career evolved, I naturally moved towards transformation: leading multidisciplinary teams, redesigning ways of working and helping shape the digital ecosystem underpinning Scentmate’s business model. Across creative, strategic and operational roles, I became known for bringing clarity to complexity through a systemic and deeply human approach.
One question kept coming back again & again:
How do you transform without losing what makes you relevant and distinctive?
That question became the foundation of Marie-posa.
Today, I work alongside organisations, leaders and teams to reveal transformation paths that are true to who they are and where they want to go. Rather than applying predefined frameworks, I connect business, people and technology to turn complexity into coherent action and meaningful change.
